The service
HaikuChat offers a choice of Claude Haiku 4.5 and 5.5 through KIE AI, subject to current availability. The workspace helps with chat, summaries, and extraction. Generated answers may be incorrect. Check names, dates, totals, and important decisions against your original sources.
Your content
You retain rights to your inputs. Submit only content you have permission to process. Do not use this service for abusive, unlawful, or harmful activity, or to defeat account, safety, or usage controls. Input text and images are safety checked before generation; this check can make mistakes and is not a guarantee about an answer.
Violations, suspension, and termination
You are responsible for your use of HaikuChat and for ensuring that your inputs comply with these terms and applicable law. Unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, misuse of another person’s content, and attempts to bypass safety checks, access restrictions, or usage limits are prohibited.
If you violate these rules, we may reject requests, limit usage, temporarily suspend access, or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. These measures may apply to guest access and, when accounts are available, to an account. We may act immediately to stop abuse or protect users and the service. Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will explain the reason and how you can request a review.
If you believe a restriction is a mistake, contact support using the email address below and include the relevant task or order ID. A restriction does not automatically confiscate purchased credits or remove refund rights. Any unused paid credits will be handled under the refund terms and applicable law; suspension does not waive your mandatory consumer rights or privacy rights.
Credits and payment
Starter is planned at $9 for 1,000 credits; Plus at $19 for 2,200 credits, before tax. There is no automatic renewal or automatic expiry of purchased credits. Credits are service units, not cash, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. A purchase is confirmed only after the server verifies the payment. A checkout redirect is not proof of payment.
The usage rules displayed at purchase apply to those credits. We reserve an estimated amount before a request and settle confirmed model usage at the selected model rates. The estimate is not an answer-length limit. Failed, refused, empty, or invalid extraction tasks release their reservation. Regeneration is a new request. Unconfirmed usage is reconciled within 15 minutes; if it cannot be established, your reservation is released.
Refunds
Request a refund within 14 days of purchase through the support contact, including your order ID. Refunds cover unused service credits, subject to applicable rights and payment-provider rules. Previously delivered work is not automatically refunded. An approved partial refund revokes the proportional unused credits from that order only; a full refund revokes its remaining unused credits. A dispute does not automatically erase other orders or your saved work.
Processing is complete only when the payment provider confirms it. Contact support for a failed or delayed refund. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, are not waived by these terms.
Availability and changes
Trials have daily and site-wide budgets and may pause. Purchased credits remain yours if new sales or trials pause. Provider failures can interrupt service; we will not silently substitute another model. If the service ends, we will provide notice and a way to resolve unused purchased credits.
