Your inputs and results
We send your text and images to SeeAPI for input safety checks, then to KIE AI to access your selected Claude model. KIE AI and its upstream providers process input under their own data policies. We do not cache model responses. Generated answers are streamed without an additional SeeAPI output check. Do not submit material you are not allowed to share with these providers. Each provider has its own retention and processing terms; we do not promise zero retention across the service chain.
KIE AI’s dashboard states that API logs are kept for two months and media for 14 days. Its terms permit processing content to operate and improve its services. See KIE AI’s terms and privacy policy before submitting sensitive material.
Storage and deletion
Guest history and drafts are stored in your browser. Temporary server task inputs and results expire after one hour. Clearing local history removes it from this browser; it does not undo a completed provider request.
Signed-in users may save private conversations and images for up to 90 days, or turn off cloud history. Local guest conversations are imported only when you choose to save them to your account. Deleting a conversation immediately revokes access and queues content and attachment removal. The scheduled cleanup runs every five minutes.
Cloudflare D1 stores account and task metadata; private R2 stores images and temporary results. D1 Time Travel can retain recoverable database history for the account plan’s recovery window, up to 30 days. Deletions are not restored to active service during ordinary recovery. Payment providers retain their own transaction records.
Account and payment data
Google sign-in uses your Google email address and basic profile to identify your account. Email codes are currently unavailable. Sessions are verified by Better Auth. Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Session cookies are required for account access. We do not store full payment card details. PayPal or Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment processing, depending on the channel selected for your order. The selected provider receives the information needed to process that payment.
Deleting your account removes sign-in sessions, profile details, conversations, and attachments. Pseudonymous transaction and credit records remain for reconciliation. Their legally required retention period must be confirmed before paid launch.
Analytics choices
Optional Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. Events describe actions such as starting a task or downloading a CSV; they do not include your email, prompts, answers, images, or verification codes. You can change the choice through Cookie settings. Essential cookies and local drafts work without analytics consent.
